The Civilian Deception

I would like to bring to your attention a concerning matter relating to the former Lord Lieutenant of Rutland Sir Laurence Howard that may become important for national safety.

In 2003, following the sudden and unexpected death of his predecessor, Air Chief Marshall Thomas 'Jock' Kennedy his personal physician Dr Laurence Howard, also a serving deputy Lieutenant since 1997 and honorary air commodore of the 504 County of Nottingham squadron, was duly appointed his successor following his sudden and unexpected death.

Lord lieutenancies are only awarded to military personnel. Details of Howard's military deployments are likely to be sketchy and it is doubtful that he has actually served anywhere.  The video above unveils this possible fallacy and reveals here that Howard has clearly not observed the military tradition of a standing salute to a fellow soldier.  This man is likely not a soldier but a competent fraudster capable even of lying to the sovereign deserving of not only a court martial but lifetime imprisonment at her pleasure as a penalty for his dishonesty.

Let me tell you something Her Late Majesty The Queen realised early on about Howard. In 2011, he can be seen behaving unsettlingly at William and Kate’s wedding standing outside Westminster Cathedral with his eyes narrowed looking into the distance despite all other attendees having already filed into the church. Following the wedding in 2015, the Queen refused to attend his celebration of her birthday honours and intentionally chose to ignore him. In 2018, he declined his invitation to attend Harry and Meghan's wedding much to the Royal Family's amusement.

This could be spurious but I am trying to piece together this puzzle without any significant help apart from my own experiences.  I do remember though in 2015, seeing an embattled gentleman (who appeared to be of similar appearance to Howard) twice in short succession looking to accost me (one time outside my house and another time at the local Sports Centre).  I believe this person may have been a relative and not Howard himself.  I also did not recognise the lady accompanying this man but I believe they may have been sent by Howard to tell me something.

Since 2002, due to circumstances brought about by my historically noxious relationship with the aforementioned person and his proximity to medicine and the Civil Courts, my family, the Vara’s were keenly and surreptitiously targeted by this person.  I have lost three uncles to this man as a result of intentional negligence by hospitals since 2004 and even we have become targets for the profession. 

I now find myself kindly appealing to you for assistance in dealing with him and his potentially destructive reliance on his spuriously acquired authority.
